There are a couple changes here from the existing Get All Cookies
implementation.
1. Previously, WebDriver actually returned *all* cookies in the cookie
jar. The spec dictates that we only return cookies that match the
document's URL. Specifically, it calls out that we must run just the
first step of RFC 6265 section 5.4 to perform domain matching.
This change adds a special mode to our implementation of that section
to skip the remaining steps.
2. We now fill in the SameSite cookie attribute when serializing the
cookie to JSON (this was a trival FIXME that didn't get picked up
when SameSite was implemented).
This means that rather than this:
```
AK_TYPEDEF_DISTINCT_NUMERIC_GENERAL(u64, true, true, false, false,
false, true, FunctionAddress);
```
We now have this:
```
AK_TYPEDEF_DISTINCT_NUMERIC_GENERAL(u64, FunctionAddress, Arithmetic,
Comparison, Increment);
```
Which is a lot more readable. :^)

This patch adds a special EnvironmentCoordinate::global_marker value
that signifies that a binding lookup ended up searching the global
environment. It doesn't matter if we find it there or not, the global
marker is always returned. This allows us to bypass other environments
on subsequent access, going directly to the global environment.
Instead of offsetting the screenshot by the position of the document
element, just take a screenshot of the entire content rect. After
looking at Acid3 a bit more, this more accurately represents what the
user actually sees on the webpage.
This will allow for implementing the screenshot action closer to the
spec, as we can now use HTMLCanvasElement to encode the bitmap, and
capture the screenshot on the animation frame loop.
I've realized that it probably makes more sense to change the input
transfer characteristics to treat these as sRGB since color conversion
in linear converted from BT.709 doesn't really make sense. If content
creation applications expect media players to display BT.709 without
conversions, this means they expect applications to treat it as sRGB,
since that's what most displays use. That most likely also means they
process it as sRGB internally, meaning we should do the same for our
color primaries conversion.
When calling clear_with_capacity on an empty HashTable/HashMap, a null
deref would occur when trying to memset() m_buckets. Checking that it
has capacity before clearing fixes the issue.
Even if the type doesn't have a name and won't yield a result when
looking for it in interface.typedefs, we still need to look at each of
the union's members and resolve those as well, in a similar fashion to
how we already recursively resolve the replaced type.
This is commonly used in function parameters, for example send() from
the XMLHttpRequest interface:
send(optional (Document or XMLHttpRequestBodyInit)? body = null)
This made sense before we had the next step to resolve union types, but
now we only need to skip transferring the extended attributes, without
returning just yet.
This is how WebContent::ConnectionFromClient also behaves. Returning the
element as a DOM::ParentNode isn't quite strict enough for upcoming
endpoints.
