17505ea5d9 LibGUI: Ensure that edit actions are disabled for password boxes
This ensures that the user can't copy/cut text from password boxes which
would reveal the password. It also makes sure that the undo/redo actions
stay disabled because it's difficult to reason about what these do
exactly without being able to see the result.

1f51b72e6d LibGUI: Add a simple GUI::PasswordInputDialog
Asking the user for a password is a fairly common thing, so let's have
a reusable GUI dialog for it! This first iteration only supports having
pre-filled "server" and "username" fields. This can obviously be made
more flexible as needs arise. :^)

611370e7dc LibGUI, WindowServer: Greatly simplify menubar logic
Currently, any number of menubars can be plugged in and out of a window.
This is unnecessary complexity, since we only need one menubar on a
window. This commit removes most of the logic for dynamically attaching
and detaching menubars and makes one menubar always available. The
menubar is only considered existent if it has at least a single menu in
it (in other words, an empty menubar will not be shown).

This commit additionally fixes a bug wherein menus added after a menubar
has been attached would not have their rects properly setup, and would
therefore appear glitched out on the top left corner of the menubar.

2135c66823 Revert "LibGUI: Only dispatch Leave if the now-hovered widget isn't a child"
This reverts commit cfc9ee6f16.

This change was wrong: The parent *does* lose hover when the mouse
cursor enters a child widget. Hover is not hierarchical, there is only a
hovered window and a hovered widget within that window.

This fixes an issue with GUI::TabWidget buttons appearing hovered
despite the mouse cursor not being over the buttons.

230f7ce71c Revert "LibGUI: Ignore the Enter event by default"
This reverts commit a5a32fbcce.

This change was wrong: it's fine for a child widget to receive an enter
event despite its parent never getting one. Only the widget directly
under the mouse cursor is considered hovered for enter/leave purposes.

they both overlap and become a bit easier to hit.

d01b4327fa LibGfx: Improve ImageDecoder construction
Previously, ImageDecoder::create() would return a NonnullRefPtr and
could not "fail", although the returned decoder may be "invalid" which
you then had to check anyway.

The new interface looks like this:

    static RefPtr<Gfx::ImageDecoder> try_create(ReadonlyBytes);

This simplifies ImageDecoder since it no longer has to worry about its
validity. Client code gets slightly clearer as well.

e11940fd01 Userland: Move text wrapping/elision into the new TextLayout :^)
This class now contains all the fun bits about laying out text in a
rect. It will handle line wrapping at a certain width, cutting off lines
that don't fit the given rect, and handling text elision.
Painter::draw_text now internally uses this.

Future work here would be not laying out text twice (once actually
preparing the lines to be rendered and once to get the bounding box),
and possibly adding left elision if necessary.

Additionally, this commit makes the Utf32View versions of
Painter::draw_text convert to Utf8View internally. The intention is to
completely remove those versions, but they're kept at the moment to keep
the scope of this PR small.

6bb53d6a80 LibGUI: Handle GUI::Window non-volatile backing store issues better
Instead of crashing when we can't make the back buffer non-volatile,
we now transition the window into single-buffered mode instead
(assuming it was originally in double-buffered mode.)

This reduces GUI fidelity a bit (by potentially making windows flicker
during repaint) but since it's only triggered in low-memory conditions,
it seems like a reasonable thing to sacrifice in order for the system
to carry on.

This patch also stops us from allocating entirely new backing stores
after the old ones were purged. If they were purged but reallocated
just fine, there's no need to allocate new memory again. We already
have fresh zero-filled pages in the existing bitmap at this point.

143443e0b6 LibGfx: Make Gfx::Bitmap::set_nonvolatile() report allocation failure
Making a bitmap non-volatile after being volatile may fail to allocate
physical pages after the kernel stole the old pages in a purge.

This is different from the pages being purged, but reallocated. In that
case, they are simply replaced with zero-fill-on-demand pages as if
they were freshly allocated.
