This makes it possible to use MakeIndexSequqnce in functions like:
template<typename T, size_t N>
constexpr auto foo(T (&a)[N])
This means AK/StdLibExtraDetails.h must now include AK/Types.h
for size_t, which means AK/Types.h can no longer include
AK/StdLibExtras.h (which arguably it shouldn't do anyways),
which requires rejiggering some things.
(IMHO Types.h shouldn't use AK::Details metaprogramming at all.
FlatPtr doesn't necessarily have to use Conditional<> and ssize_t could
maybe be in its own header or something. But since it's tangential to
this PR, going with the tried and true "lift things that cause the
cycle up to the top" approach.)
This replaces the previous owning address space pointer. This commit
should not change any of the existing functionality, but it lays down
the groundwork needed to let us properly access the region table under
the address space spinlock during page fault handling.
This will cause page faults to be generated. Since the previous commits
introduced the handling of page faults, we can now actually correctly
handle page faults.
The handling of page tables is very architecture specific, so belongs
in the Arch directory. Some parts were already architecture-specific,
however this commit moves the rest of the PageDirectory class into the
Arch directory.
While we're here the aarch64/PageDirectory.{h,cpp} files are updated to
be aarch64 specific, by renaming some members and removing x86_64
specific code.
This makes it easier to differentiate between cases where certain
functionality is not implemented vs. cases where a code location
should really be unreachable.
For some odd reason we used to return PhysicalPtr for a page_table_base
result, but when setting it we accepted only a 32 bit value, so we
truncated valid 64 bit addresses into 32 bit addresses by doing that.
With this commit being applied, now PageDirectories can be located
beyond the 4 GiB barrier.

The page table and page directory formats are architecture specific, so
move the headers into the Arch directory. Also move the aarch64 page
table constants from aarch64/MMU.cpp to aarch64/PageDirectory.h.
