Gamma.h includes xmmintrin.h, which is X86-only. The file contains
code in other places that is compiled conditionally on __SSE__, so the
same macro is used to determine inclusion of the header.
AK's version should see better inlining behaviors, than the LibM one.
We avoid mixed usage for now though.
Also clean up some stale math includes and improper floatingpoint usage.
SPDX License Identifiers are a more compact / standardized
way of representing file license information.

This warning informs of float-to-double conversions. The best solution
seems to be to do math *either* in 32-bit *or* in 64-bit, and only to
cross over when absolutely necessary.
