d8ee4c0e7d LibJS: Add remaining missing spec comments to StringPrototype
The changes from ac2f109 were from an old branch, which either had a
rebase accident or was simply incomplete. Should be complete now :^)

479e67212a LibGUI: Implement calculated_min_size() for DialogButton
Dialog buttons now scale based on presentation size to accomodate
larger fonts while retaining uniform widths. Scaling by 8 is
arbitrary but preserves the historical 80 pixel width with Katica 10.
This needs improvement but works well for most fonts as a start.

5181fafce6 LibGUI: Improve calculated_min_size() for Button
Previously min_width() was fixed, rendering width calculations in
calculated_min_size() useless for layout. Minimum width now shrinks
to 22, the historical minimum for height as well, and takes into
account elided text and icons. Height no longer sums the icon, fixing
a layout regression for icon buttons.

Also removes an unnecessary FIXME: Calculated size should only
need to account for the height of a single line of elided text
plus padding. Font's pixel_size_rounded_up() is the right solution
even though it and the underlying pixel metrics of some ScaledFonts
don't always correspond yet.

c9404c3a63 LibGUI+Userland: Convert MessageBox to fallible construction
Adds fallible versions of MessageBox's helper factories, ports
DeprecatedString, and rewrites build() to be both fallible and
more responsive to font changes.

MessageBox now auto shrinks and no longer has to re-build its
layout when text changes. It is manually resized once at
creation to position properly as a Dialog before being shown.

aa94b944de LibGUI: Allow Windows to auto shrink
Previously Windows automatically grew to accomodate layout changes
when obeying minimum widget size but would not automatically shrink
if so desired. Setting auto shrink true now automatically resizes
windows to their effective_min_size() every time their minimum size
updates. This will be useful for making fixed size windows responsive
to layout and font changes in the future.

0329ddf46a Ladybird+LibWebView: Add -P/--enable-callgrind-profiling option
This adds a -P option to run Ladybird under callgrind. It starts with
instrumentation disabled. To start capturing a profile (once Ladybird
has launched) run `callgrind_control -i on` and to stop it again run
`callgrind_control -i off`.

P.s. This is pretty much stolen from Andreas (and is based on the patch
everyone [that wants a profile] have been manually applying).

5db1eb9961 AK+Everywhere: Replace URL::paths() with path_segment_at_index()
This allows accessing and looping over the path segments in a URL
without necessarily allocating a new vector if you want them percent
decoded too (which path_segment_at_index() has an option for).

35612c6a7f AK+Everywhere: Change URL::path() to serialize_path()
This now defaults to serializing the path with percent decoded segments
(which is what all callers expect), but has an option not to. This fixes
`file://` URLs with spaces in their paths.

The name has been changed to serialize_path() path to make it more clear
that this method will generate a new string each call (except for the
cannot_be_a_base_url() case). A few callers have then been updated to
avoid repeatedly calling this function.

5acd40c525 AK+Everywhere: Add ApplyPercentDecoding option to URL getters
The defaults selected for this are based on the behaviour of URL
when it applied percent decoding during parsing. This does mean now
in some cases the getters will allocate, but percent_decode() checks
if there's anything to decode first, so in many cases still won't.

781287c1e3 LibWeb: Do not dereference empty Optional in ReadableStream::visit_edges
There are quite a few steps between a ReadableStream being created and
its controller being set. If GC occurs between those points, we will
have an empty Optional in ReadableStream::visit_edges. Seen on YouTube.

e8fe35b1e5 LibWeb: Resolve more background-related properties
This change adds rules for background-attachment, background-clip,
background-image, background-origin, and background-repeat.

As a result, Window.getComputedStyle() will no longer return empty
strings on these properties after a page is loaded, and the background
shorthand will show the resolved values instead of the default ones for
these values. :^)
